What does this in-home service include? - (3) Lymphatic Massages at 2, 4, and 6 weeks (or you choose how often within 2–6-week period) Vaginal delivery- can be done immediately post birth; Cesarean Section- 14 days after or 2 weeks. - (2) Mommy Sessions-We will look after baby on site for 1.5 hours, while mommy takes a shower, a nap or just needs time to catch her breath! Mommy cannot leave the home. Breastfeeding moms, pump milk into bottle for feeding. We want to ensure you have uninterrupted rest. Benefits of MLD massages postpartum: -Flush away extra fluid received in labor -Rebalance hormones, promote relaxation, helping to decrease postpartum depression -Helps body to heal, decreasing downtime after pregnancy -Removes toxins and waste from bodily tissues -Improve circulation and metabolism.

Cancellation Policy

Arrival: _____Your therapist will seek to arrive 10-15 mins before your scheduled time. Rescheduling your appointment: _____A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment without any penalties. Sickness or Family emergency: _____Please contact us to reschedule your appointment if you or someone in your house is infectious or has a contagious illness. Please do not come to the appointment sick. A one time allowance of last-minute cancellation or reschedule is permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that the cancellation/ no show policy is in effect. Cancellation - No show: _____As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out up to 48-72 hours before your appointment by either text, email or both. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. If you reschedule within 4 hours of your appointment or do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of the service as a cancellation fee. A credit card will be required at the time of booking to be held on file in case the aforementioned has occurred. Refund Policy: _____You are paying for the therapist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with this service. No refunds will be applied for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with the service, please contact us within 48 hours after the service to discuss your concerns.
