A: MLD massages after surgery can prevent complications, reduce swelling, and enhance overall well-being and healing. Read more.

Q: Should take prescribed medication prior to a MLD Massage?

A: We recommend taking prescribed pain/nerve medications
30-45 minutes prior to our visit to help decrease discomfort. 

Q: When should I book a MLD Massage?

A: You can book a Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage at any time. If you are planning on getting cosmetic or plastic surgery/procedure, you should book immediately after your procedure. Some customers book the same day following their procedure.

Q: How many massages are recommended?

A: For recovery purposes, we recommend 10-15 massages to continue to remove excess fluid and aid in the healing process. For non-recovery purposes, we recommend monthly massages to maintain a healthy lymphatic flow.

A: MLD massages for post-partum moms can reduces breast engorgement, clear blocked milk ducts, enhance milk production and improves immune system and overall well-being. Read more.
